Virtual Instrumentation

Joint Research Activity Work package 5, “Virtual Instrumentation” has a main objective to leverage low-power wireless communication capabilities to make in-situ sensing easier to manage and more effective. This will be achieved by initially identifying existing sensor networking activities in the Arctic and making guidelines for best practice and then developing and implementing new networks and new sensors at two INTERACT infrastructures.
